Artemesia Acupuncture and Wellness is happy to offer Gift Certificates that can be used for acupuncture sessions and classes. Gift Certificates can be purchased for any amount and make great gifts for the holidays or any special occasion.

Thursdays 7:00-8:15 pm with Martha McQueary. Series of 6: Jan 8-Feb 12 $50

Tai Chi: Lee Family Tai Chi with Audrey Robinson
A fluid movement practice coordinated with the breath for improved balance, mobility, circulation and decreased blood pressure. Tai Chi practice is endorsed by the National Arthritis Foundation
Thursdays 12-1 pm, Series of 12: Jan 15-Apr 2 $100

Yoga: Ashtanga Yoga, Mondays 7:00-8:30 pm $10 or 6/$50
Gentle Yoga, Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 pm $10 or 5/$40
Hatha Yoga Explorations, Alternate Saturdays 10-noon, $15/class (Jan 10 & 24)

Yoga Workshops: (please pre-register at 402-2430)
3rd Sundays: Deep Peace Restorative Yoga, 3-5 pm, $25
*Enjoy deep relaxation and rejuvenation with supported resting postures
4th Sundays: Special Topics Yoga Workshop, 3-5 pm, $25
*Jan. 25th "Invite Quiet", Learn how to release anxiety and nervousness and find calm with gentle active and supported restorative poses.
